Celebrating the Grand Opening of Adair Homes — Cascade Office

Our executive team and Idaho staff had a fantastic time with the community celebrating the grand opening of Adair Homes’ new Cascade Office. The McCall and Cascade chambers joined us for a ribbon‑cutting ceremony, and the turnout made this one of our most successful openings—neighbors stopped by, met our team, and shared their enthusiasm for local homebuilding and community growth.

Serving Cascade, McCall, and Donnelly: A Snapshot

Cascade, McCall, and Donnelly form a picturesque and active corner of Idaho where mountain landscapes meet lakeshores and small‑town character. The climate brings four distinct seasons—warm summers ideal for lake and trail activities, and snowy winters that support skiing and snowmobiling. The communities are tight-knit, yet welcoming, with local businesses, seasonal events, and a strong outdoor‑recreation culture centered on Payette Lake, nearby rivers, and extensive trail systems. Job growth in the region is bolstered by tourism, outdoor recreation services, hospitality, construction, and a growing remote‑work population attracted by lifestyle and amenities—making it an excellent place to invest in a custom home.

-Tell us whether you already own land or need help finding property. As build‑on‑your‑lot specialists, we can use the equity in your land to help finance the project. If you need property, we’ll connect you with our Realtor Partners to locate and acquire the perfect piece of land.

2. Project Feasibility

-Our Pro Team develops an estimated total cost analysis for your custom home.

-You can pursue preapproval for financing through Basis Home Loans at this stage.

3. Site Assessment and Site Development Costs

-A Site Service Project Manager visits your homesite and coordinates with trade partners to estimate site development needs and costs.

4. Design and Personalization

-Work with our design team to customize floor plans and select interior finishes—everything from layout adjustments to material choices—so the home reflects your needs and the site’s opportunities.

5. Final Costing and Agreement

-With design selections and site costs compiled, we present a total project cost. If you’re satisfied, we collect a deposit, complete agreements, and begin construction.

Throughout the process, Adair emphasizes clear communication, experienced trade partnerships, and a turnkey approach that keeps homeowners informed and confident. With thousands of happy homeowners across the greater northwest, we feel confident we can help you design, build, and enjoy your dream home.

If you’re looking for a home plan that complements Idaho’s natural surroundings, prioritizes sight lines and daylight, and offers customizable options—look no further than the Breckenridge and Brighton plans. These designs were drawn with lifestyle in mind; homes that can be tailored to different ages and stages of life.

A MODERN MOUNTAIN RETREAT — The Breckenridge is a 2,849 sq. ft. Mountain Modern home that pairs bold architectural lines with warm, natural textures for a refined yet inviting feel. Dramatic gabled window walls and a mix of vertical and horizontal siding create a striking exterior that promotes natural light and scenic views. Inside, the vaulted great room seamlessly connects to the modern kitchen, dining area, and spacious covered patio for effortless indoor‑outdoor living, while optional fireplaces and a 4‑car garage add flexible comfort and convenience.

Designed to maximize Idaho’s views, the Breckenridge places large, well‑positioned windows and open living spaces where they capture panoramic sightlines and natural light. A private vaulted primary suite offers a serene escape, and additional bedrooms plus smart storage spaces support everyday family life. Altogether, the Breckenridge offers a family‑friendly layout that balances communal gathering areas with private retreats, and is ideal for lots with exceptional vistas.

ESTATE MOUNTAIN LIVING — The Brighton is a 3,575 sq. ft. Pacific Northwest–inspired home designed for spacious living, bold architecture, and everyday versatility. Striking gabled forms and expansive window walls create a sophisticated exterior that maximizes natural light and enhances curb appeal. Inside, vaulted ceilings elevate the great room, kitchen, and dining areas, creating a seamless flow ideal for gathering and entertaining, while a large covered patio, optional fireplaces, and a generous 3‑car garage add refined comfort and outdoor-ready convenience.

Designed as a versatile family plan, the Brighton floods living spaces with natural light and fills them with practical amenities: thoughtful storage, a mudroom, and a dedicated bonus room for work, play, or guest accommodation. A private vaulted primary suite provides a luxurious retreat, and three additional bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements, making the Brighton well-suited for active households who enjoy outdoor recreation, entertaining, and the relaxed sophistication of Northwest design.

Both of these new home plans complement Idaho’s natural surroundings and prioritize sightlines and daylight. Adair Homes also offers customizable options so families can tailor finishes and configurations to their lifestyle!
