The Adair Homes Customer Referral Program is a non-exclusive program for licensed real estate
professionals that refer customers to Adair Homes Inc. Approval from Adair Homes is required for a
referral to be eligible for compensation. For eligibility, please review the following:
To be eligible for a referral payment under the Adair Homes Customer Referral Program, a referring
partner must be currently licensed as a real estate professional and in good standing with the state
in which the referral takes place. Any real estate professional that is not in good standing at the
time of the referral will not be eligible for a referral fee. Referred customers must be
registered in our Partner Referral Program before their first communication with an Adair Homes
team member to be eligible. Referred customers who have previously established communication
with Adair Homes team members may not qualify. Documented contact from a referred customer may
include:
- Live chat
- Website form submission
- Phone call
- Email
- An in-person visit to any Adair Homes location
Referred customers must purchase and build a home with Adair Homes within 12 months for the referral
fee to apply. Under no circumstances will Adair Homes be responsible for payment of a referral fee
if the referred customer does not build a home, for any reason, with Adair. The fee for an approved
referral of a customer to Adair Homes shall be calculated off the home's base price at 3%. The 3%
referral fee will only be paid to one referral source. If two or more separate referral sources
refer a customer, a fee will only be paid to the party responsible for the customer building the
home. At no time will Adair Homes pay two 3% referral fees for one home. If the referred customer
purchased land that was an approved Adair Homes Proposed Listing through MLS from another realtor,
the referral fee would be split between both parties (1.5% for each realtor). - See Adair Homes
Proposed Listing Program. The referral fee is processed within 60 days after the foundation
verification, and the first draw is received. The referring partner is responsible for submitting
required forms, including W-9 and brokerage information prior to referral payment. Adair Homes
reserves the sole right to cancel or make changes to this program at any time, at the sole
discretion of Adair Homes. Also, the determination for eligibility within these rules and
restrictions is solely at Adair Homes' discretion.

professionals that provide land home listings that lead to a customer referral. For eligibility,
please review the following:
To be eligible for a referral payment under the Adair Homes Proposed Listing Program, a referring
partner must be currently licensed as a real estate professional and in good standing with the state
in which the referral takes place. Any real estate professional that is not in good standing at the
time of the referral will not be eligible for a referral fee. A proposed listing is an MLS land
listing with a picture of an Adair Home and a proposed price to build that home on the listed
property with estimated site development costs. The proposed listing is the sole responsibility of
the realtor and Adair Homes Inc assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of the information
provided. Documented proof of the proposed listing must be presented to Adair Homes prior to Adair
Homes going into contract with the customer. Effective August 1st, 2021, the referral fee for an
accepted home order with land purchased through an approved proposed listing shall be calculated off
the home's base price at 1.5%. The 1.5% referral fee will be paid to the referral partner
responsible for the approved Adair Homes Proposed Listing. The Realtor who completes the Proposed
Listing with an Adair Home on it is not responsible for then referring a customer to Adair Homes to
build on that particular parcel to be eligible. The referral fee is processed within 60 days after

licensed real estate professionals that provide land home listings that lead to a customer referral.

To be eligible for a referral payment under the Adair Homes “Referring our customers to a Realtor”
Program, a referring partner must be currently licensed as a real estate professional and in good
standing with the state in which the referral takes place. Any real estate professional that is not
in good standing at the time of the referral will not be eligible for a referral fee. The Adair
Homes representative will refer a customer to a Realtor via email and document the communication.
In the event that the Realtor ends up helping that customer find land, place an offer, and the
customer ends up building with Adair Homes, the Realtor will receive a 1.5% commission off the base
price of the home.If this referred Adair customer and Realtor end up making an offer on a “proposed
Listing” already in process with Adair Homes then the “Adair Homes Proposed Listing Program” rules
would apply. The realtor who completed the proposed listing with Adair Homes along with the Realtor
who helped the customer make the offer (referred to by an Adair Homes representative) would each
earn a 1.5% commission calculated off the base price of the home.The referral fee is processed
