I have nothing but positive things to say about Adair Homes. They have built great homes and have wonderful home plans. We love our home. Our Designer was awesome. The builder was very responsive to our concerns and questions. Any questions were immediately answered. Any phone calls were answered within 2-hours if not actual minutes. Our only delay time was waiting for the county to approve permits, but Adair was constantly checking with the county to check the status. Thank you, Adair!

We had a great experience with Adair and were met with some of the best folks who helped walk us through the process. I would highly recommend them to anyone. We have a beautiful home that is within our budget!

My greatest concern was building a quality small home on a limited budget, and Adair exceeded my expectations. All of Adair's workers and the subcontractors were very nice to have around and worked hard. It was a wonderful experience having Adair build my home. I felt personally known and cared for throughout the process.

It was clear they cared about making the experience smooth and positive for me, and I really appreciated their attention to detail and responsiveness. My overall experience with Adair Home is excellent. They are very responsive and helpful. Charles Wines of Adair Homes is awesome. He has gone beyond of typical standard care to make our experience with Adair Home a pleasant one. He has been very responsive, caring, and helpful during the design and construction phases. We loved working with him. Amo as construction supervisor was also responsive and helpful. Despite few setbacks and surprises, the team made the experience of home building a smooth and pleasant experience. We will always love to work with this team!

It's a beautiful home. We loved the ease of choosing selections. All of the rooms in our new home complement each other. When construction was all done, and it was time to move in, we found the house in perfect, spotless condition. We never once doubted the capability of Adair Homes.

Overall a very good experience. Starting with meeting Justin Keller he played out our options and showed us the floor plans. Choosing finishes and colors etc was smooth and easy. Through the build our Superintendent Matt Libby was really impressive with how he scheduled all the trades back to back, any time we had a question or issue he was communicating right away and we always felt like we were a priority.
