They customized their home by enlarging the walk-in shower, adding a dual vanity, and installing concrete sidewalks that wrap around both the main home and the ADU. “These are all my favorite custom features,” Monica beams. “We are so happy we chose to do these!"
A critical piece of advice from the Fogartys is to hold off on selecting upgrades until understanding the total project cost. “Your budget may stretch further than you think,” they advise. After reviewing the numbers, they found that many upgrades they desired were achievable.
