You're in luck! The 3136 sq. ft. Ashton plan is already built for convenient multi-generational living with two primary suites and a large open concept area where the whole family can gather.
If the Ashton plan doesn't feel like the right fit, you also have the option to add a second primary suite to either the Creston plan at 2512 sq. ft. or the St. Helens plan at 2711 sq. ft.
