We don't have any flood prevention systems in our homes. We are not aware of any code-required items and/or any features that other builders may provide that prevents flooding inside a home. We recommend you verify with your homeowners insurance that you would be protected from this sort of event.

I am really satisfied with Scott Barlow (H.O.C). Scott answered every question I had, concerning my project. He navigated me through the binder and all the selections for my home. Scott offer's advice and other ideas that I never would of thought about until he mentioned them. He always had my interests and concerns up front and centered. I really appreciated that.My construction superintendent was Jason. From the beginning, Jason was on top of the homes situation . He provided service that is tough to find these days. He communicated daily with me , and informed me every week on what tasks were being addressed that week. Jason also helped me with sub contractors , that for whatever reason had something come up or they were sick and just couldn't do the work. Jason gave me a opportunity to build my dream home, without him , I am not sure if the project would of gotten done..

The office staff at Creswell. Tammy Sue, Pete, and John all worked hard for us. They always answered calls and emails and seemed to genuinely care about our needs and wants. They all went to bat for us on different issues and were in general very friendly and pleasant to work with. As stated before, if it wasn't for their excellence at the beginning when issues arose, Adair would have lost our business.

Building with Adair has been an amazing journey. From the first visit to the Adair office to now, almost the end of our build, everyone has been great to work with. Brian has been great at getting the subs here and getting the work done very quick and with great quality. All of the sub contractors have been very enjoyable to have around and have been very considerate of our wishes.
