This is my second Adair home. Things went even more smoothly this time plus the quality of the new home was much better. Terry Hayes in particular as the construction superintendent did an excellent job following through, keeping on top of things, providing information and updates and explaining things. Also, I would highly recommend Bay Shore Excavation (sub-contractor) who's lead (Sam) was a former Adair employer.
