The deep passion that I have for home building comes from my first job in the retail lumber industry in a small town in the Midwest. After putting myself through college and enjoying twenty plus years in marketing and sales, I was fortunate to become an Adair Home's team member in early 2016. It my absolute pleasure helping all of my customers find their dream homes at an affordable cost. The PNW has been my home for over 30 years and I enjoy everyday working and playing in such a beautiful part of the world. When not assisting my customers, I love to anything related to the great outdoors.

My name is Misti and I joined the Adair team in 2018. I have over a decade of real estate experience and have always enjoyed the process of helping people discover their hopes and dreams in their perfect home. It is a huge honor and responsibility to help our clients with what is likely one of the largest purchases they will make is their lives. I am proud to promote our message of affordable quality homes so that even more future homeowners can realize their dream. I'm here to be a resource as well as your Home Owner Counselor and have fun doing it! With my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family or hiking one of the many beautiful areas in the PNW.

My passion for home building dates back to early childhood when my grandfather owned a construction company on Whidbey island. After owning my own business and working in the trades for about eighteen years, I was honored to join the Adair Homes team in 2016. I am proud to be a part of a great team building affordable quality homes so that even more future homeowners can realize their dream. Rooted in Washington; you are likely to find me at my kids soccer games with my daughter's, I also like getting out on a good mountain bike ride every now and then, I'm always out there building something for either yours or my little to big dreams.

I grew up in Construction. My father owns a Residential General Construction company and I grew up working for him. After leaving his company and working for myself for a number of years, I joined the Adair team in 2018 to create affordable custom homes with a professional and caring team. Home building and renovation is not only my trade but my passion. Getting to do something you are passionate about and in an area you grew up in and love is an honor. I believe honesty and communication are extremely important in client relationships. My personal goal is to create a customer experience that allows for a lasting memory of our quality and promise of great value. I grew up in the PNW and call Skagit Valley my home. When I'm not working you can find me on my fishing boat out on the Puget Sound, camping in the San Juan Islands or the Cascades, or exploring western Washington and British Columbia on my Mountain Bike.

After being born and raised in Las Vegas I have lived in the Puget Sound area since 1998. Between the rain, snow and sunshine I can't imagine living anywhere else. My wife, Katie, my daughters, Avery and Mila, and my son Ethan and I love to explore Washington state via hiking trails, campgrounds and beaches. Just like the diversified beauty that Washington State provides I am extremely proud to be working with a wide diversity of talents and a dedicated group of individuals here at Adair Homes. It is truly an honor to help our customers build the dream home they always wanted.

Growing up my parents owned and operated a foundation and crane company in the pacific northwest, which meant I spent my summers and school breaks packing lumber, pouring concrete and pounding nails. New home construction has always been a part of my life. I have been part of this great team since 2015. With Adair’s unique approach to "on your lot" homebuilding, I continue to gain knowledge and look forward to the opportunities as I am confidant in our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Spending time with my family, standing on top of mountains, lying on a warm sandy beach or camping all put smiles on my face outside of work.

Mark Freitas

From an early age, I was drawn to building. I feel accomplished knowing I have created something that will last for generations. My passion for home building brought me to Adair in 2018. My customers can count on my knowledge of the construction process, and my ability to anticipate challenges and implement solutions before they become real issues. I truly value quality of workmanship and make it a priority to stay organized and on schedule. I’ve lived in the Pacific Northwest with my wife since 1995. We have four children. Aside from family time, I enjoy cycling, time with friends, and coaching football.

Travis Cherry

As a child, I always admired the fact that there were often landmarks that my father could point out and exclaim "I built that!" Though perhaps more now than back then, I appreciate having had the opportunity to work alongside him. With a background in Finance, IT Project Management and Estimating, I joined Adair Homes in May, 2016 as a Purchasing Agent. I now find myself charged with managing our Pricing System, in addition to a focused responsibility on Trade Acquisition - a role I have found to be both enjoyable and satisfying, having opportunity to rub shoulders with those who truly represent the face of Adair Homes.

I've been in the financial services industry since 1998 and working with Adair Homes customers at Alliance Financial since 2011. It's very rewarding to assist families in capitalizing their home building projects with a great instant equity position in a home that has been tailored and build to suit. My financial advising background and experience in the assembly of a complete home project will be helpful as we sort through the details of preparation and planning an Adair Homes custom home. I love to stay active in nature around the lovely Pacific NW, play golf at least once a month and soccer several times a week.

I joined the Adair team in 2017 after being a stay at home mom for almost two years. Needless to say, while it was rewarding, I'm am happy to be back doing what I do best. After many years of contemplating building my own dream home, I am excited to be the initial source of contact for anyone who has that same desire: building your dream home at an affordable price with a reputable company who's been in business for over 45 years. With the expected growth that we are looking towards in the next few years, I am thrilled to be a part of this team. When I'm not working, I enjoy cooking, spending time with my family, and visiting local wineries.

I have been in the industry for several years. I started as a real estate agent, which led me to an interest in the home building process. I joined Adair in 2017, with the intention of helping people down the path to homeownership. Adair’s values of honesty, respect, and integrity resonate strongly with me, and I make sure to represent these values to our customers. Outside of work, I love exploring the Pacific Northwest and spending time with friends.  My true happy place is curled up reading with my two rescue dogs or watching movies with my kiddos on a rainy day!

Heidi Olsen-Paulsen

Growing up with a general contractor mother, I grew to love the construction process. I remember sitting in on design meetings with her clients, the demo process, as well as the beautiful space she helped create for them. My experience working in flooring showrooms and owning my own design showroom/business; I learned a lot about the materials of today. I am excited to help fine tune the design options program, and am looking forward to helping everyone have their best experience. As a member of the Adair team, I look forward to what we will accomplish together. I like to hike, read, write and paint in my off time.

I've always had a foot in "Homes" as my dad was an architect, I was a real estate agent, I ran an interior decorating business, and I was a real estate marketing manager. This coupled with my previous leadership background as an Army Officer, led me to Adair in January 18. I am enthusiastic about Adair's philosophy of doing the right thing by treating customers with honesty, integrity, and respect. I'm passionate about customer care and desire to emulate these values by supporting a great customer experience! I love anything outdoors, exploring new areas, and trying new things. I am also a huge Foodie!
