About the Spirit of Boise Balloon Classic:
The Spirit of Boise Balloon Classic is truly a one-of-a-kind family-friendly community event for the Treasure Valley. The end of summer spectacle of hot air balloons inflating and then gently floating up into the skies above Boise creates wonder and brings smiles to thousands of faces. This annual tradition is the most photographed event of the year!
People of all ages, parents and their kids visit Ann Morrison Park for an up-close experience with up to 50 colorful balloons each morning. Wednesday is "Kid's Day" and a chance to take a tethered ride. The Friday evening Nite Glow displays up to 25 synchronized balloons lighting the night sky with color, plus there's live music and plenty of food vendors to make the evening a cherished memory.
