Meet Your Pro Team
Home Ownership Counselor
Homeownership is by far the most rewarding investment each of us make in our lives. Which is why I joined the Adair Team in 1999 to help families and investors see their dreams fulfilled. Adair has always provided the customer tremendous value for every dollar they invest. My wife and I have called Southern Oregon home since 1972, we have build several homes and raised our family here. These days you will find us enjoying our grandchildren and serving around the community through church. I also enjoy motorcycle trips through the beautiful Coast Line to the mountains and valleys.
Home Ownership Counselor
I came to Adair Homes as a customer and also a team member in 2004. Having gone through the process myself provides me with first-hand knowledge of the joys and triumphs of participating in the building process. I have been involved in hundreds of Adair home projects and everyday I am happy to provide a great customer experience, it is very rewarding to help our homeowners feel confident and secure about building a new home. My family and I love our Southern Oregon lifestyle, we participate in team roping and barrel racing events and spend several weekends each summer camping in the Siskiyou Mountains riding the Pacific Crest Trail.
I started working at the county building and planning department after I graduated from Southern Oregon University. I worked there several years before taking my current position with Adair Homes in 2015 and I am now on the other side of the counter submitting plans and requesting information. The experience I gained from that position has helped me to better assist customers through the pre-construction process to build their dream home. When I am not at work I'm with my husband and our children relaxing at home or taking day trips to explore a new place. We enjoy spending time outdoors, gardening, going to the beach or anything car related.
Regional Construction Manager
I was honored to join the Adair Homes team in 2013. After 3 decades in the home building industry, the Adair model of “build on your Lot”, combined with quality and affordability, really appealed to me, and it still does. At our Oregon branch offices, I have the honor of working with some of the finest Construction Superintendents I have ever worked with, and I’m constantly impressed with their dedication and determination to get these projects complete! I really enjoy traveling to many varied locations around our beautiful state, witnessing our customers dreams come to fruition.
Originally hailing from the great state of Montana, I moved to Oregon when I was 7 years old. I grew up in a horse family in southern Oregon and competed in rodeo till in my early twenties. My father was a general contractor when I was growing up so I guess you could say construction is in my blood. That's where I began to learn the trades. I was a general contractor for 13 years, including a subcontractor for Adair homes starting in 2012. In 2014 Adair homes offered me the superintendent job and I was happy to come aboard. My favorite parts of building are being able to solve problems along the way and getting to hand over keys to homeowners for the first time. I have been married over 20 years with two sons. I'm also a retired musician and an avid football fan.
Born and raised in the beaver state, I enjoy bow hunting and fishing every spare minute of the day. As a 6th generation Oregonian, the outdoors is a huge part of my life. Being good stewards of the land is most important for me, and to pass that down to my kids is a high priority. I joined the Adair Homes team in 2014 with more than 8 years of experience building custom homes in Oregon. I enjoy the challenges that come with building, and take them head on, with a positive attitude. I love the fact that Adair is providing homes for people to make lasting memories. The fact that Adair is local and supporting local, really is important to me.
Estimating & Purchasing Agent
I've been involved in the Pacific Northwest home building industry since 1991 and joined the Adair Homes family in 2013. When I'm not in the office I enjoy outdoor activities such as camping with family and friends, golf, and various home improvement projects. My earliest childhood memories are of helping my father with projects and learning how to build and repair everything around our home. I am proud to work with our wonderful team to help provide not only a great value for our customers, but giving them exactly what they need to make their home something they can truly love. One of the most exciting and rewarding parts of working in home building is hearing about how happy a customer is when they move into their new home.
Mortgage Loan Originator
I started in the Mortgage Industry in 2003. I had just bought my first home, and I was so thrilled, that I wanted to help others achieve their dreams. I joined Alliance Financial Services in early 2016, because I recognized the tremendous opportunity that they, and Adair, offered to their customers, and I wanted to be part of that. I am a critical thinker, and enjoy finding creative solutions and strategies, to help my customers move forward. In short, I will fight for you. I have lived in the Pacific Northwest my entire life, and can’t imagine living elsewhere. I love family, reading anything, sports, board games, and anything outdoors.

Online Sales Consultant
It has been a privilege to be a part of the Adair Homes team since 2016. I’m honored to be in the initial stages for customers who are just starting out. There are many questions that can come up when deciding to build a home, being able to partner with and assure our customers of our great value to our simple process and everything in between is what drives me. I’m a native Washingtonian, born and raised in the small town of Woodland. I plan on staying around this great area for the rest of my life. In my off hours, you will find me out with friends and family going hiking, hunting, fishing, and enjoying this beautiful region we live in.
I have called the Pacific Northwest home my entire life, with the exception of time spent overseas studying. I attended the University of Sheffield in the United Kingdom where I received a Master's Degree in Residential Design. I returned to the Pacific NW where I owned a Design Studio. I worked as a commercial and residential Interior Designer before joining the Adair Pro Team. I am excited to be part of the custom options program, working to ensure homeowners get the most value and style out of their new Adair home. When not designing interior spaces I enjoy antique shopping, traveling and spending time with my family and dogs.
