In February of 2001 we decided that our home of only 888sq ft. was just too small for our growing family. We found some property, got in contact with Adair, picked out our house plan and by March construction was rolling.

Building an Adair home was definitely the way to go for us. We were able to do much of the work ourselves which enabled us to save quite a bit of money. In the end we were able to carry our mortgage without Primary Mortgage Insurance (PMI) because we had equity from the very day we moved in!

The employees at Adair were very helpful and made our building experience a pleasant one. I would build another Adair home in the future and have already recommended Adair to friends and family as a satisfied customer."
